Mark Sandor is building a business law practice focused on corporate law, securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has assisted clients on a variety of transactions including public offerings, private placement financings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Mark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 after summering and articling at Miller Thomson LLP. During his articling term, Mark was seconded to the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, where he gained valuable experience working on several corporate and securities regulatory matters.
