Marie-Hélène Tremblay is a tax lawyer who assists taxpayers by intervening in audits and objection processes before Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency, and representing her clients at the judicial level before the provincial and federal courts. In addition, she offers a wide range of legal services that help her clients, prevent tax litigation. Marie-Hélène also serves as Leader of Miller Thomson’s Tax Disputes Resolution & Commodity Taxes Group.

Marie-Hélène studied law at Université Laval, where she was recognized for her involvement as Treasurer for the Young Jurists Association of Québec City, among other things. She has also completed all of the courses for her Master’s in Taxation at the Université de Sherbrooke. She particularly distinguished herself in international taxation as the recipient of the Stikeman Elliott scholarship awarded to the jurist who obtained the highest marks on that topic.
