Overview
Lyndsay Hone is a litigator whose practice focuses on estates and trusts litigation, as well as commercial litigation. She has achieved success before courts in both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Lyndsay’s focus is on providing clients with cost-effective solutions while maintaining a high level of client-focused service. She enjoys working with both individual and institutional clients to craft the litigation strategy necessary to give effect to each client’s goals.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson as an associate Lyndsay completed both the summer and articling programs with the firm. Her experience prepared her for a fast paced litigation practice and built the skills necessary to succeed as an associate.
Lyndsay completed her law degree at Western University. While at law school she honed her advocacy skills and broadened her legal perspectives while studying Basic Law on exchange in Hong Kong.

- 1951584 Ontario Inc. (Maxium Financial Services Inc.) v Altavision Plus Inc., 2019 ONCA 943 (successfully defended an appeal of a summary judgment motion, which ultimately enforced private guarantees in respect of leased equipment)
