Overview
Lindsay Di Cesare is a Litigation Law Clerk for the Insurance Defence department in the London office of Miller Thomson LLP. She assists by handling insurance defence matters in Tort, Arbitration and policy disputes.
Lindsay’s various duties as a Law Clerk include file organization, preparing pleadings, motion materials and Affidavits of Documents, summarizing medical and insurance documentation, reviewing transcripts and maintaining Undertakings as well as assisting with Trial preparation.
