Overview
Leslie Schwartz is a Litigation Paralegal in Miller Thomson LLP’s Vancouver office. Leslie works with lawyers in the Litigation department and has many years of experience in all levels of court. She has worked in a number of civil litigation practice areas including personal injury, commercial, and construction.
While Leslie assists with a variety of tasks through the life of a matter—from drafting pleadings and motion materials to discovery and trial preparation—she is most often involved in evidence management, electronic discovery, and specialized databases.
Leslie has experience working on matters of varying degrees of complexity from simple insurance claims to document-intensive, multi-party litigation.
