Laëticia Tsinas keeps businesses in good standing by handling their annual corporate maintenance. Specifically, she ensures that minute books are updated, that federal and/or provincial annual reports are submitted in a timely manner and that any changes affecting the corporation are reflected in the registries.
Laëticia also prepares corporate incorporation and organizational documents, including for mergers, continuations and dissolutions. She also handles extra-provincial registration of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and business names.
Previously, Laëticia worked as a paralegal in an in-house legal department, where she familiarized herself with business law, before joining a Montréal law firm as a paralegal assistant. As such, she has a keen understanding of the compliance requirements, including timeframes, that companies are subject to.
