Kyla Duchin has experience in various practice areas, including commercial transactions, securities, corporate finance, bankruptcy and insolvency, foreclosure, and civil litigation. Kyla has an active practice in general corporate/commercial law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities.
Kyla attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law and graduated in 2016 with distinction. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Regina, studying business, with an interest in accounting.
Kyla joined the firm as an articling student in 2016, and remained with the firm following her call to the bar in 2017.
