Overview
Kerra Jay is a Corporate Paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Edmonton office. She assists lawyers and clients with a wide variety of corporate transactional work including amalgamations, asset and share purchase and sale transactions, and corporate restructuring and reorganizations.
Kerra has been with the Firm since 2005 and has worked in both the Commercial Lending/Real Estate department and the Corporate department.
