Ken Eccleston has practised exclusively in the area of construction law for 30 years with an emphasis on contract review and drafting, tender review, Construction Act claims, construction defect claims and delay claims. Ken is considered a leader in the field of construction law, having been identified by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in the field. He has provided legal counsel to developers, owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, banks and surety bonding companies.
Ken is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Construction Law and often speaks on construction law issues to both legal and industry groups.
