Kathy Moisan is a paralegal in the Montréal office of Miller Thomson. Kathy specializes in conducting searches in public registries for various reports. She has in-depth knowledge of the Registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers and of the Bank Act, particularly with regard to financing.
Kathy focuses mainly on business law. She is part of the Montréal banking and financial services group and works on many other commercial matters at the national level.
Before studying law, Kathy held for a few years the position of marketing advisor for an international publisher. She studied Marketing Management at the HEC Montréal and advertising at the Université de Montréal.
During her studies, she drew on her leadership and audacity to become the designer-editor of a national advertising campaign. One of the campaign’s strategies was to surprise consumers with a provoking proposition, a challenge that Kathy and her team met with great efficiency.
Such experiences with B2B and B2C relationships are in compliance with Miller Thomson’s value and commitment to offer quality service to all clients.
