Karen Durell and J. Andrew Sprague, as part of the MaRS Discovery District’s Best Practices Series, will be presenting again on Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL). In addition to covering CASL’s anti-spam provisions, Karen and Andrew will be discussing CASL’s installation of computer program provisions, which come into force on January 15, 2015.
