Justin Morello is an active member of Miller Thomson's Commercial and Construction Litigation groups. He maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus in construction and personal injury law, and has experience drafting pleadings, legal opinions, court applications and written submissions for a variety of forums.
Justin obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in June of 2020. During his time at the Faculty of Law, Justin received the Oyen Wiggs Green & Mutala Prize in Intellectual Property, and volunteered his time with Pro Bono Students Canada. Justin was also an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Club, Business Law Club, and the UVic Law hockey team.
Prior to attending law school, Justin obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the MacEwan University. While completing his undergraduate degree, Justin assisted in organizing several university events focused on family literacy in the Edmonton community.
Justin remains actively involved in the Edmonton legal community, serving as a volunteer with the Provincial Court Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the Court of Queen’s Bench Amicus Program.
