Julien practises in business law, with a focus on transactional and commercial law. Before joining the firm, he worked in litigation and then in business law. In his litigation practice, he represented several insurance companies and municipalities before the civil courts. Julien now advises companies in their business decisions, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

With a keen interest in entrepreneurship and business, Julien makes sure to thoroughly understand his clients’ industry in order to skillfully advise them in their role as entrepreneurs, shareholders and executives.
