Overview

Joe is a lawyer, experienced advocate, and business professional with a background in private practice and legal technology.

He started his legal career at a top tier national law firm as a summer student, articling student, then associate in the firm’s tax group where his primary area of focus involved facilitating private client tax planning. Additionally, Joe worked with practice groups across the firm advising on tax-specific issues impacting clients in a number of industries.

Joe later pursued an opportunity to support the growth of a legal technology startup. As Product Manager, Joe helped to successfully scale the business by helping to build the company’s software, facilitating client relationships and operations, and supporting the company’s go-to-market effort.
