Jessie Gill is a member of the administrative law group at Miller Thomson. She has a broad range of experience in commercial, employment, and environmental litigation. Jessie has conducted trials and applications in the Alberta Provincial Court and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Jessie articled and practiced at a mid-sized business law firm in Calgary. She received her J.D. from Allard Hall at the University of British Columbia in 2014, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2015. During her time at the University of British Columbia, Jessie participated in an externship program where she worked with the corporate social responsibility department of an international mining company.
Outside of her legal practice, Jessie is actively involved in the community. She is the President and a Director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – Western Chapter. Jessie also acts as the Secretary for the Calgary chapter of Young Women in Business. In addition, Jessie volunteers at the pro bono legal clinic at the Women’s Centre of Calgary.
