Overview
Jessica Rubin leads a national team of Knowledge Management (KM) and Legal Project Management (LPM) lawyers as well as the firm’s Library Services and Special Projects groups.
Working closely with the firm’s senior leadership, practice groups, and business development team, Jessica is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the firm’s knowledge resources and practice efficiency resources in support of clients’ legal needs and business interests. This includes overseeing the implementation of firm-wide process improvements, pricing innovation initiatives and the provision of accurate, relevant and timely internal and external client deliverables through legal research and market research services.
