Overview
Jen Deruchie is a corporate paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Montréal office. She has been with the firm’s Business Law Group since early 2016. She assists lawyers during various corporate transactions. Moreover, she prepares the necessary documents with regards to incorporations, amalgamations, amendments to articles and other corporate changes, purchase and sale transactions, stock option plan establishment and maintenance, corporate restructuring/reorganizations and dissolutions.
