Jean-Charles Panzini is a notary. He practises in the areas of bank financing and commercial real estate in Miller Thomson’s Financial Services Group. He focuses his practice on the financing of real estate projects, property acquisitions and alienations, easements as well as construction and property development projects in Quebec.
Jean-Charles provides advice to various clients which include private lenders, financial institutions and real estate developers on all aspects of their real estate operations, such as opinions and strategic advice, the execution of acts, and the drafting, negotiation and review of a large array of complex agreements.
He has developed specialized expertise with regard to real estate financing and all co-ownership matters, particularly divided co-ownership since he has taken an active part in the implementation of several major co-ownership projects in Montréal.
