Hillary Bone is a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate Records Department of Miller Thomson's Vancouver office. Hillary has experience in all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate reorganizations, due diligence reviews, incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, alterations, dissolutions, restorations and all other routine corporate proceedings.

Prior to joining the Miller Thomson team, Hillary has worked in both local and national firms in British Columbia and Ontario assisting with corporate, real estate and estate planning matters.
