Evelyne Chamard practices in the firm’s financing and real estate law team.
She focuses her practice on the purchase, sale and taking of hypothecary security for multi-residential, commercial and industrial real estate projects. Mtre Chamard acts for financial institutions and private and public corporations in fields like construction, senior housing and mixed-use properties. She also advises clients in the context of preliminary contract negotiation and due diligence reviews.
Mtre Chamard is a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, the Urban development institute (UDI) and Cercle 13. She also led the Montreal CREW golf committee for 2015, was a member of the UDI golf committee for 2016-2017 and sat on her firm’s marketing-development committee.
Driven by her commitment to fostering good relationships with her clients, Mtre Chamard attends various real estate forums and conferences in Montreal, Toronto, Québec, Vancouver and other cities.
