Erin Craddock's practice involves protecting and advocating for the interests of stakeholders in insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation. Erin has experience representing clients in various industries including financial services, telecommunications, long-term care, manufacturing, construction and oil and gas. Erin has represented or assisted in the representation of clients before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, and the superior trial courts in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba.

Before joining Miller Thomson, Erin was counsel in the restructuring and insolvency group of a national firm. Prior to that Erin was an associate with an international law firm in its New York office where her practice focused on representing large multi-national companies in securities litigation matters. Erin leverages her knowledge of US law to assist debtors and creditors in cross-border insolvency proceedings.

Erin co-instructs the International Insolvency Law segment of the University of Toronto’s GPLLM program.
