Devin Santos brings a pragmatic and considered approach to the practice of family law. He routinely assists clients with a wide range of issues, including property division and equalization, spousal and child support, and custody and access claims. A skilled litigator, Devin appreciates that not all cases should go to court and, whenever possible, addresses his client’s concerns through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution processes.
Devin’s practice includes:
Litigation: representing clients regularly in both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
Alternative dispute resolution: representing clients through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration processes.
Collaborative family law: representing clients in a team-based approach to the practice of family law.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Devin articled and practiced in Toronto, focusing primarily on family law. Devin obtained his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo.
