Overview
Christine Stock is a corporate paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Montréal office. She has been with the firm’s Business Law Group since 2016 and assists lawyers and clients with respect to the annual maintenance of corporations. Her duties include the preparation of annual resolutions, annual returns, annual updating declarations and other documentation required for the maintenance of minute books, conducting searches and preparing documents for filing with government authorities in a timely manner in order to maintain the accuracy and good standing of corporations on the Quebec and federal public registries.
Christine has more than 15 years of experience as a senior legal assistant in corporate services and recently decided to continue her career as a corporate paralegal.
