Celina Hong is building her practice in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financial services, and real estate. She advises clients on various corporate matters including incorporation, financing, lending, and restructuring. Celina has experience working with corporations of varying sizes, ranging from large publicly-traded companies to start-ups.
Celina joins Miller Thomson after completing her articles with the firm. She completed her J.D. at Queen’s University, where she also received a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. During law school, Celina participated in an academic exchange at the National University of Singapore.
