Overview
Carol Bai is an associate of the Securities and Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions group at Miller Thomson LLP’s Vancouver office. Carol’s practice focuses on assisting clients with merger and acquisition transactions, and advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters.
Carol has experience providing services to clients from a variety of industries including technology, energy and professional services. She strives to deliver business-focused and practical solutions and attend to clients’ needs in a cost-effective and responsive manner.
Carol joined the firm in 2016 as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the legal profession, she worked as an Employee Relations Advisor with the Ontario Public Service, providing labour relations advice to various ministries.
Originally from China, Carol is a fluent speaker in Mandarin and proficient in Cantonese. Her unique background allows her to understand the needs of local and international clients.
