Camilla de Carvalho

Camilla is Paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Vancouver office. She has extensive experience with various corporate entities and corporate transactions including incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Camilla obtained her Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) in Brazil and worked in the Civil Law jurisdictions for many years prior moving to Canada, which brings a valuable perspective to her current practice.

Camilla is detailed-oriented, strategic, and a natural problem-solver. Camilla manages the corporate records department of the Vancouver office in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Camilla worked as a corporate Paralegal of a business law firm in Vancouver, and as a corporate Paralegal in-house for one of the largest Real Estate corporations in Vancouver.
