Overview
Brian Spencer is a core level three accredited user since 2008 with a wealth of experience in corporate services. Brian began his career in 2007 working in the privatized registry offices of Alberta where he first earned his level one cores accreditation. From there he has gone on to earn all his cores accreditation, obtained his commissioner for oaths, and completed a post-secondary legal assistant diploma program.
Brian’s key values include discipline, honesty, and integrity which he utilizes in his approach to assist lawyers and clients in a variety of matters in connection with Federal and Alberta Corporation’s filing and compliance needs.
