Bikaramjit Sandhu maintains a general corporate law practice that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, private equity and venture capital matters. He has experience working in a variety of areas including public offerings, debt and equity financings, public and private acquisitions, contested transactions and leverage buyouts.
Bikaramjit received his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, Peter A. Allard School of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Bikaramjit summered and articled at a prominent international law firm in Toronto, where he was seconded to the Royal Bank of Canada’s public and corporate services group. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Bikaramjit worked as in-house legal counsel to a large infrastructure company.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bikaramjit operated a fruit exporting company, gaining experience in regulatory compliance, financing and cross-border transactions.
