Audrey Boiteau focuses her practice on labour-related litigation, which includes labour standards complaints before the Tribunal administratif du travail, grievance arbitration, civil proceedings before the courts (Court of Québec, Superior Court and Court of Appeal), litigation with regards to non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, such as claims for damages and injunctive relief, as well as commercial litigation related to labour matters.
As part of her practice, Audrey represents employers with a unionized or non-unionized workforce, as well as senior executives in a wide range of matters. Furthermore, she completed an internship of a few months with the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).
Audrey has also gained significant commercial litigation experience, including contractual liability. Her litigation experience even extends to legal advice with respect to union issues, which represents a growing part of her practice.
