Overview
Ariane Buono-Guimont completed her articles at the Montréal office of Miller Thomson. She focuses her practice on Business Law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and entertainment law.
Ariane is a graduate of the Programme de droit canadien (LL.L./J.D.) of the University of Ottawa. She completed, in three years, a bijural program covering both civil law and common law. In addition to her legal studies, she has held the position of editor in chief of the Ottawa Law Review. She also obtained a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Montréal.
