Overview
Allison Workman is a Corporate Paralegal in Miller Thomson LLP’s Calgary office. She has worked as a Corporate Paralegal since 2000, and has been with the Firm’s Business Law group since 2013. Allison assists lawyers, clients, and the Firm’s other offices with all matters related to Alberta corporations, including incorporations, amalgamations, corporate changes, share purchase and sale transactions, corporate restructuring/reorganizations, dissolutions, and annual maintenance.
Allison also assists with corporate matters for not-for-profit corporations, societies, and limited partnerships. Allison is a member of the International Practice Management Association and the Canadian Association of Paralegals.
