Reema Mahbubani speaks at the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Conference

As part of the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Fall Conference, Reema Mahbubani will participate in the “Closing Plenary: The Great Debates” session on October 21. Reema will advance support for fine tuning section 45 of the Competition Act to include an environmental defence for collaborations between competitors on green initiatives.
