Miller Thomson recognizes International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia

May 17, 2017

May 17 is the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT). First recognized almost 15 years ago, IDAHOT aims to increase awareness of the violence and discrimination experienced by LGBTIQ2S (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, and Two Spirit) people across the world.

As a firm, we value diversity as a cornerstone of our success. We believe that creating an inclusive workplace environment that respects and embraces our differences, and truly reflects our multifaceted society enables us to thrive in today’s global marketplace.

Looking forward, we are proud to take part in upcoming Pride celebrations across the country in support of our clients, lawyers, and staff who are members and allies of the LGBTIQ2S community.
