On October 3, 2016, Bloomberg published its M&A legal advisory league tables for the first three quarters of 2016*. Miller Thomson once again placed among the top law firms for the number of Canadian M&A deals in which it played a role, achieving a #2 ranking.
Miller Thomson was credited with advising on 71 Canadian M&A transactions, up 65% from its tally of 43 deals in the first half and up substantially in the rankings compared to the same period last year.
Bloomberg’s M&A league tables, published quarterly, are leading benchmarks for legal advisory performance.
