October 10, 2017 | National

Bloomberg has published its mid-market M&A legal advisory league tables for the first three quarters of 2017. Once again, Miller Thomson was credited with more Canadian mid-market M&A transactions (84) than any other law firm, easily outpacing the competition and a significantly higher total than for the same period last year. In separate tables which rank law firms for Canadian M&A deals of all sizes, Miller Thomson finished only two deals behind the top-ranked firm.*

Miller Thomson also led all Canadian law firms for the number of global mid-market M&A deals (91) and is the only Canadian law firm in the top 20.

This is the seventh consecutive quarter in which Bloomberg has ranked Miller Thomson among the top three firms for the number of announced Canadian mid-market transactions, further cementing Miller Thomson’s reputation as one of the busiest M&A law firms in the country.

Bloomberg’s league tables, published quarterly, are leading benchmarks of legal advisory performance.
