Nine Miller Thomson lawyers have partnered as contributors to Lexis Practice Advisor Canada, an online resource for lawyers that packages current how-to expertise in dealing with transactions, from the routine to the most complex.
Recently launched by LexisNexis Canada, the online module features exclusive content provided by leaders in their practice groups, including subtopic overviews, practice notes, checklists, flowcharts and relevant forms, precedents, relevant links as well as analysis on hot topics.
Current content from our lawyers include tables, practice notes and checklists on directors’ and officers’ liability by Steven Wesfield, Jeffrey Carhart and Adam Stephens in the Insolvency and Restructuring module. In the Corporate Law module, Wendi Crowe, Jennifer Babe, John Ferber and Kevin Trumpour have contributed content, in addition to Tai Nahm in IP/IT and Catherine Dennis Brooks in Trademarks.
Several new content areas will be launched soon, including Commercial Law, Securities Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Business Law and In-house Counsel.
