Geoff Clarke appointed to OSC Registrant Advisory Committee

Geoff Clarke has been appointed to the Ontario Security Commission’s (“OSC”) Registrant Advisory Committee for the 2017-2019 term. The committee serves as a discussion forum for issues and challenges faced by registrants in interpreting and complying with Ontario securities law.
