In its first quarter 2017 league tables*, Bloomberg credited Miller Thomson with advising on 29 Canadian M&A transactions, the second highest total among law firms for Canadian deals. This number outpaces the 24 transactions credited to Miller Thomson in Q1 last year and positions us well for another banner year for the firm.
These results follow a very strong year in 2016 when the firm, with 101 credited transactions, ranked third among its peers for the number of Canadian M&A deals.
