Morning Recess: An Education Industry Seminar Series

Miller Thomson hosts a complimentary presentation of Morning Recess, called “Year End School Board Labour & Employment Update”, an informative 45-minute webinar, addressing the labour and employment matters of significance this school year.

We review the significant labour, employment and human rights decisions of this school year, including the recent decision of the Ontario Superior Court in OPSEU v Ontario, 2016 regarding Bill 115, and identify how these cases may effect schools in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.
