This Coffee Talk will include a discussion of the following:
- Challenges facing employers during the initial return to work request when mental health issues are in play.
- Challenges when proposing and implementing accommodation measures, such as when employees demand a particular response or accommodation from an employer.
- Following up and following through in situations where an accommodation plan has been implemented which allows an employee with a mental health disability to return to work and to function successfully in the workplace.
