Canada’s Anti-spam Law (CASL): In Conversation with the CRTC and Industry Canada

J. Andrew Sprague chairs and moderates “Canada’s Anti-spam Law (CASL): In Conversation with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and Industry Canada”, a program of the Canadian IT Law Association (IT.CAN)’s Public Affairs Forum.  J. Andrew Sprague is the Chair of IT.CAN’s Public Affairs Forum.  This program is being delivered live in-person, and is being simulcast nationally via teleconference.

This program features speakers from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and Industry Canada, both of whom have regulatory making authority under CASL.  In addition, the CRTC has primary CASL enforcement responsibility.  This program in an opportunity for participants to interact directly with the CASL regulators on topics such as the final CASL regulations, CASL enforcement, and CASL-related issues.
