On July 23, 2026, Systemair AB (NASDAQ Stockholm: SYSR) completed its acquisition of Temspec Incorporated (“Temspec”). Temspec is a leading Canadian designer and manufacturer of decentralised HVAC equipment headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.
