LOFA Industries acquires DynaGen Technologies

On December 1, 2020, LOFA Industries, LLC (“LOFA”) completed its acquisition of DynaGen Technologies, a manufacturer of power control and monitoring solutions for industrial engines and generator sets based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

LOFA supplies advanced engine controls for mobile industrial equipment applications, and headquartered in the United States. In 2019, LOFA was acquired by Harbour Group.
