On February 1, 2017, Worldlynx Wireless LP and its subsidiary Day 2 Mobility Inc. sold substantially all of their assets to a national wireless carrier.
Worldlynx Wireless LP and Day 2 Mobility Inc., both based in Toronto, Ontario, carry on (i) a consumer wireless distribution business and a B2B wireless business focused on small, medium and enterprise business customers, and (ii) a business of providing outsourced mobile managed services to corporate clients through an integrated mobility management proprietary software platform.
Miller Thomson advised Worldlynx Wireless LP and Day 2 Mobility Inc. in this transaction with a team led by Y. Ken Chun and that included Jay Sernoskie and Roisin Hutchinson (corporate/M&A), Lisa Goodfellow (employment) and Imran Ahmad (competition).
