On January 1, 2017, Westcap AG Corporation announced the acquisition of Saskatchewan-based Rainy Day Manufacturing.
Westcap AG, headquartered in Hythe, Alberta, brings unique, high quality manufactured products to North American farms. Rainy Day Manufacturing, located in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan manufactures both “The Hopper” and “The Lump Buster” products.
Miller Thomson advised Westcap AG in this acquisition with a team that included Glen Lekach, Graham Purse and Shayne Barrie.
