On June 1, 2017 the shareholders of W.P. Telectronics (Alta) Ltd. (“WPT”) sold their shares to a subsidiary of Geode Capital Partners Ltd.
WPT, located in Calgary, Alberta, specializes in construction, design and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure, including fibre optic, CATV and copper systems.
William Fowlis and Rhea Solis of Miller Thomson advised the shareholders of WPT in this transaction.
