On November 12, 2019, Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE:VMI) (“Valmont”) completed its equity investment in RMDS Innovation Inc. (d.b.a. Rational Minds), a company specializing in the innovation and implementation of engineering solutions in the sectors of irrigation and lighting, amongst others.
Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Valmont is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of engineered products that support global infrastructure development and agricultural productivity.
