On May 18, 2016, Treasury Metals Inc. (TSX: TML) announced that it had completed its previously announced brokered private placement financing, including the exercise of the over-allotment option, for aggregate gross proceeds of $3 million. The offering consisted of 6,258,000 units of Treasury Metals at a price of $0.48 per unit. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent.
