Effective November 21, 2017, Totally Hip Technologies Inc. (TSXV: THP) (“Totally Hip”) completed its previously announced plan of arrangement. Shareholders of the company now hold common shares in six new companies: Bloctrans Technologies Inc., Eagle Blockchain Enterprises Inc., Keyleaf Enterprises Inc., Brooksbab Enterprises Inc., Leeta Technologies Inc. and 1132876 B.C. Ltd. Each of these new companies is now an unlisted reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. Shareholders of Totally Hip continue to hold their interest in Totally Hip.
Miller Thomson advised Totally Hip with respect to the arrangement with a team that included Rory Godinho, Kevin Sorochan and Brian Fast (corporate) and John Shewfelt (litigation).
