On July 6, 2018, Sterling Concrete & Hauling LP acquired the assets of Sterling Concrete & Hauling Ltd. and R.G. Sterling & Son (Concrete) Ltd.
Sterling Concrete & Hauling was established by Salem Yasin Holdings Ltd., Montreal Lake Business Ventures Limited Partnership and Wahpeton Dakota Developments LP for the purposes of acquiring the assets and operations of Sterling Concrete & Hauling Ltd. and R.G. Sterling & Son (Concrete) Ltd. Following the acquisition Sterling Concrete & Hauling LP provides concrete and hauling services from its headquarters in Saskatchewan.
